Unmatched Training
Each sales rep and sales manager will receive excellent training both in the preseason and throughout the summer. The required pre-season training program will take you through a variety of sales and leadership methods and philosophies through books, training manuals, live modules, videos, on-the-door training and required pre-season selling in Utah. Our goal is to help every rep be prepared and ready for the summer and reach his potential. We meet with our sales managers every week throughout the year to prepare them for the summer. We cannot emphasize enough just how important our training program is.
The Highest Compensation
Our pay scales will not be beat! Whether you are looking to be a sales manager, sales rep, team leader, or recruiter, we will compensate you fairly for your efforts. We challenge you to find a higher pay scale or compensation plan better than ours. Earn up to 60% commissions with a high front end payout!
